Order Processing

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

 

Australia-Wide Shipping

Standard Shipping – $9.95 AUD (2–5 business days)

Express Shipping – $14.95 AUD (1–2 business days)

Free Shipping – Available on all orders over $150 AUD

 

International Shipping

International shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order and destination. Final rates will be shown at checkout.
Free International Shipping – Available on all orders over $300 AUD.

 

International Customs & Duties

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply when your order reaches its destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Death From Above has no control over these fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, returns and exchanges are available under the following conditions:

Return Window: 14 days from delivery

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging (including the bag)

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Sale Items: Final sale – no returns or refunds

Refunds: Offered for manufacturing defects or if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
Exchanges: If you require a different size, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
